Illegal drugs such as crack, marihuana, cocaine, and industrial adhesives are commonly sold in the street or in doorways, which is also a common location for trash recyclers to sell their dayís work. The neighbourhood of El Calvario is part of the ìdowntown beautification programî, sponsored by Caliís Mayorís Office. The residents of this neighbourhood will be relocated to suburbs in the aim to reduce violence.
